5 or more years prior experience as a manager in the Hospitality or Restaurant industry
Outstanding leadership and management with great communication and human centered design skills.
Able to multitask as well as demonstrate excellent problem-solving, and customer resolution skills.
Able to arrange emergency drills, deep cleaning, equipment maintenance, trash and pest controls.
Demonstrated business acumen in Inventory management, supply logistics, costing, marketing and sales
Detail-oriented and knowledgeable about food health and safety laws and related local ordinances.
Sound knowledge of Michigan labor laws
Food protection manager (FPMC) or Foodservice mgt professional (FMP) accreditation is advantageous.
Recruit, interview, hire, coach and mentor the right talent; focus on developing hospitality wizards
Recognize and reward excellent performance. Be willing to quickly improve or remove low performers
